Wedding Reception Planning

Thank you for considering Creative Catering for your upcoming Wedding Reception.

The following menu describes our most popular menus and service information. Please keep in mind that these are only suggestions. We are committed to your satisfaction, and we will create just the right menu to ensure that your reception is most memorable.

Linen Tablecloths and Napkins, China and Silverware will be provided..

Receptions are scheduled up to Four Hours; the staffing rate is $75.00 per staff, with a minimum of two staff persons and a minimum of three hours. Any overtime will be charged at $25.00 per staff person per hour.

Cake Cutting Service, if cake is purchased elsewhere than Creative Catering, please add $1.25 per guest.

A 25% deposit is required at the time your wedding reception is confirmed on our calendar. The balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding reception, at that time your final head count will also be due. All final invoices will reflect 7% sales tax and 18% administrative charge.

This menu includes a Relish Tray for every table, Dinner Rolls and Butter, Coffee and Iced Tea, Linen Table Cloths and Napkins, China, Glassware, and Silver ware.

Additional Services

We can also assist with your other reception needs such as entertainment, flowers, balloons, ice carvings, fountains of champagne or punch, wedding cakes, and bar service.

Bar Service

If you would like to purchase your own liquor and have us assist with bar service the price is $2.95 per guest per hour. This service includes all mixers, sodas, juices, fruit garnishes, ice, cocktail napkins, condiments and high quality barware. The fee for Bartenders is $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Portable bars are available for an additional cost of $50.00 each per event.

Beer and Wine Service includes Michelob, Michelob Light, Budweiser and Miller Lite, Chardonnay, Merlot and White Zinfandel. Assorted Coke products, cocktail napkins, ice and high quality barware are also included.

Full Liquor Service, which includes all of the above and you're choice of services, is listed below. The price of Full Liquor Service is per guest.
